Quang Ninh customs launches online public services

VCN – Quang Ninh customs has requested its subordinate units and attached units to launch online public services on the National Online Public Service portal.

	72 customs public services integrated to National Public Service Portal
	Quang Ninh Customs assists enterprises affected by Covid-19
	Quang Ninh Customs achieved 70.72% of revenue collection

Accordingly, following the direction of General Department of Customs on integrating online customs public services to the National Online Public Service portal, Quang Ninh Customs has requested its attached units and subordinate units to promote information of 72 customs public services which have been integrated to the National Online Public Service portal at http://dichvucong.gov.vn.

To strengthen inspection and urge assignment, processing and return of results of online records in a timely fashion.

Customs officers who do not strictly receive and process online records, especially public services that have been integrated into the national public service will be strictly handled according to regulations.

Currently, Quang Ninh Customs has provided online public services at level 3 and 4 for all 74 customs procedures which are outside of the customs declaration procedures on the customs automated clearance system VNACS/VCISS (such as procedures for tax refund and exemption, procedures for warehouse transfer, procedures for establishment of inspection sites at construction or production areas).
