Why is the administrative procedure in the field of health slowly deployed?

VCN- Although the development of process and connection between the NSW Portal and Portal of the Ministry of Health on the procedures for announcement of standards for medical equipment type A have been completed from 13 October, 2017, now the Ministry of Health still has not yet completed the establishment of the internal system for official deployment of these procedures.

why is the administrative procedure in the field of health slowly deployed

This is one of the shortcomings affecting the deployment progress of administrative procedures of the Ministry of Health via National Single Window.

Besides the above shortcomings, the General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) said that the Ministry of Health had not unified requirements on operations, procedures and information criteria to implement procedure group for granting of the free-sale registration number of medical equipment type B, C, and D via NSW.

According to the GDVC, in order to early deploy new administrative procedures of the Ministry of Health via NSW, the Ministry needs to soon complete the development of an internal system to implement the procedures for the announcement of standards for medical equipment type A via NSW.

More than 37,000 records of health enterprises are implemented through the National Single Window

In addition, the Ministry needs to unify the operations and information criteria to implement procedure group for granting of the free-sale registration number of medical equipment type B, C, and D as well as administrative procedures of the Ministry of Health related to the field of medical equipment expected to deploy via NSW.

Closely collaborating with the GDVC to connect, inspect and complete the system for the implementation of administrative procedures of the Ministry of Health via NSW.
