Three new customs brokerage agents recognized

VCN – The General Department of Customs has recently issued decisions to recognize customs brokerage agents for three enterprises.

	Amending a number of regulations on customs procedures stipulated in Decree 08/2015/NĐ-CP
	Training customs brokers’ staff on customs regulations
	Many enterprises receives new decision on operation of customs brokers

Particularly, the three new customs broker agents are: GSDP Co., Ltd and Vinh Phu Phat one-member company limited in Ho Chi Minh City and Hung Thanh trading and import, export Co., Ltd in Hanoi.

The above companies are responsible for complying with the Customs Law, Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance detailing the procedures for granting certificates of training in customs declaration; issuing and revoking customs broker codes; procedures for recognition and operation of customs brokerage agents (revised by Circular No. 22/2019/TT-BTC dated April 16, 2019).
