Many enterprises receives new decision on operation of customs brokers

On August 12, the General Department of Vietnam Customs issued three decisions recognising the operation of customs broker for three companies, including: CMI Trading and Service Company Limited (under Decision 2139/QD-TCHQ), located at 98 Thich Quang Duc, Ward 5, Phu Nhuan District, HCM City; Shibusawa Vietnam Logistics Company Limited (under Decision 2132/QD-TCHQ), located at 40 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street, Ward 6, District 3, HCM City; and Tam Cang Joint Stock Company (under Decision 2131/QD-TCHQ), located at 7/6 Le Dinh Quan, Quarter 2, Cai Lai Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
The above companies are responsible for complying with the provisions of Customs Law, Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance stipulating procedures for granting the professional customs declaration certificate; granting and revoking staff’s code, and the order and procedures for the recognition and operation of customs broker; as amended and supplemented by Circular 22/2019/TT-BTC.
In addition to the decisions of recognising the operation of customs brokers, the General Department of Vietnam Customs also issued a decision to terminate the operation of customs brokers for Truong Giang International Trade and Investment Joint Stock Company located at 124 Lac Trung, Thanh Luong ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi (under Decision 2135/QD-TCHQ).
There was also the decision to suspend customs broker’s operation for BHN Logistics One Member Limited Company, located at 44 Dinh Tien Hoang, Chi Lang ward, Lang Son city, Lang Son province (under Decision 2137/QD-TCHQ ).
The General Department of Vietnam Customs also issued four decisions to revoke staffs’ code of customs broker for individuals, including: Tran Thanh Lam, code 212701698, an staff of DHL Vietnam Global Logistics Joint Stock Company due to the termination of the labour contract of the company; Phan Hai Linh, code number 001083006736, a staff of Truong Giang International Trade and Investment Joint Stock Company.
The General Department of Vietnam Customs also revoked staffs’codes of customs broker for individuals Ho Nhu Thao, code 261288227, as the code was no longer valid; Pham Thai Ninh, code 034085005165 and Nguyen Trung Kien, code 001094004563 who were staff of Delta International Co., Ltd., due to change to other jobs.
