Quang Ninh Customs processes about 3,000 customs dossiers via Online public service

VCN – As of October 31, Quang Ninh Customs Department has received and issued the results of 2,991 dossiers processed via the Online public service; 2,918 inbound and outbound vehicles on the E-Manifest system.

The Department received results of specialized inspection of 4,353 declarations on the National Single Window; and 490 C/O form D on the ASEAN Single Window.

Over the past time, the department has actively reformed and diversified methods to support and accompany enterprises.

The Department organized two Customs-Business Dialogue Conferences at the department level, and 10 conferences at the branch level, and sent over 20 working groups at the department and branch levels to work at enterprises’ premises; resolved 351 problems of enterprises.

The department also held online dialogue conferences with processing enterprises, export processing and manufacturing enterprises.

In addition, the department has maintained effectively operation of the Support Team; directed units to regularly exchanged information and removed difficulties and obstacles for enterprises, implement research activities, propose solutions to shorten and streamline procedures in customs inspection and supervision towards finding practical and appropriate solutions to create maximum advantages for businesses to overcome their difficulties and stabilize production.

Continue to effectively the project on e-tax payment via bank and customs clearance 24/7; VNACCS/VCIS, VASSCM; declaration, receipt, inspection, and confirmation of e-manifest of imported goods at border gates; Software module for managing processing enterprises, export production and processing enterprises at border gate customs branches of Hon Gai, Cam Pha, Mong Cai, and core programs and software to serve customs processes, ensuring stability, security, safety, and smoothness.

On the other hand, process online administrative procedures, the e-tax payment via bank program, implement the National Single Window and ASEAN Single Window in accordance with the roadmap of the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
