According to the General Department of Customs, in April 2024, the entire sector conducted 196 post-clearance audits, including 89 at the customs declarant's headquarters and 107 at the Customs headquarters.

The total amount of tax assessment and administrative fines is VND21.3 billion, of which VND16.79 billion was remitted to the State budget.

Until April 2024, the whole sector conducted 438 post-clearance inspections, including 183 at the customs declarant's headquarters and 255 at the Customs headquarters.

The total amount of tax assessment and administrative fines is VND93.30 billion, of which VND 85.5 billion was remitted to the State budget.

Notably, the Post-Customs Clearance Audit Department alone contributed up to 90% of the entire Customs sector’s revenue.
