THLS LLC opened at Sacombank Lang Son branch with a tax debt of nearly VND 244 million.
All of the above 5 companies are headquartered according to the establishment decision in Lang Son City
The reason is that the above companies did not comply with the notice of Huu Nghi Customs Branch about outstanding taxes, late payment interest, and fines.
Huu Nghi Border Gate Customs Branch requests Sacombank Lang Son branch and Vietcombank Lang Son branch to coordinate and be responsible for deducting money from the accounts/blocking the accounts of the above businesses to pay into the accounts of 7111.1.299.5013 opened at Lang Son State Treasury.
For the case that the amount of money in the account of limited partner is less than the amount of tax debt, the credit institution must still deduct the remaining amount after deducting the minimum balance to maintain the account and continue to deduct the arising amount of money on the taxpayer's account during the effective period of the decision.
