A foreign director is forced to suspend exit

Considering amending regulations on suspension from exit due to tax arrears

The Customs has sent the Notification to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security to implement suspension of exit for Lo Pei Hung.

Mr. Lo Pei Hung is suspended exit because he is the legal representative of Hoang Phat Garment Production Company Limited (in Binh Chanh Commune, Binh Chanh District, HCM City) which failed to pay taxes and late payment worth VND1.3 billion under the Decision No. 1572/QD-DT dated October 23, 2024, and Notification No. 2006/TB-DT dated October 15, 2024 issued by the Investment/Processing Customs Branch

The decision, which has been in effect since October 23, will be terminated until the company fully pays its tax arrears.

Hoang Phat Garment Production Company Limited is a 100% foreign-invested company, and was licensed to establish in 2004, with the main business line of sewing costumes (except fur costumes).
