Enforcement easures imposed on 11 tax-delinquent companies

VCN - The Ha Nam Ninh Customs Department has recently enforced a suspension of customs procedures on import-export goods for 11 companies with outstanding tax debts.

The department issued a series of decisions to enforce administrative tax management by halting customs procedures for these businesses, which have operated within the Ha Nam Ninh Customs management.

The enforcement measures target specific companies, including:

Tam Diep Steel Rolling Co., Ltd., located in Nam Son Industrial Park, Tam Diep City, Ninh Binh, with tax arrears exceeding VND 2.72 billion; Ngoc Anh Production and Trading Co., Ltd., located in Hoa Lu District, Ninh Binh, with outstanding taxes of VND 2.42 billion; An Loc Phat Transport and Construction Co., Ltd., based in Nam Truc District, Nam Dinh, owing nearly VND 2.43 billion in taxes.

An Truong Son Construction and Service Co., Ltd., headquartered in Tam Diep City, Ninh Binh, with over VND 2.44 billion in unpaid taxes; Viet Nhat Vocational Training and Service Co., Ltd., located in Dong Anh District, Hanoi, owing VND 2.44 billion.

Nhat Minh Relocation Co., Ltd., in My Loc District, Nam Dinh, with tax arrears of more than VND 2.44 billion; Hanafood Ha Nam Co., Ltd., based in Ha Dong District, Hanoi, with over VND 2.36 billion outstanding.

Dung Tran Tourism and Trade Co., Ltd., located in Nam Truc District, Nam Dinh, owing more than VND 2.25 billion; Zenity Vietnam Technology JSC, headquartered in Ninh Binh City, with unpaid taxes of over VND 2.52 billion.

TVT Group JSC, based in Cau Giay District, Hanoi, with tax arrears exceeding VND 617 million; Huy Minh Technical Trading and Investment Co., Ltd., in Phu Ly, Ha Nam, with an outstanding balance of over VND 2.27 billion.

These enforcement actions were applied due to tax debts exceeding 90 days past the payment deadline, as stipulated under the 2019 Tax Administration Law.

The Ha Nam Ninh Customs Department stated that the enforcement decisions for these 11 companies will remain in effect for one year from October 23, 2024, or until the outstanding taxes are fully paid to the state budget.
