Customs branches that perform the second measurement of the release time for imported and exported goods include Hon Gai Seaport Customs Branch, Cam Pha Seaport Customs Branch, Hoanh Mo Seaport Customs Branch, Bac Phong Sinh Customs Branch and Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch.
Van Gia Seaport Customs Branch will not perform the measurement, because through the actual survey, there were no declarations in August and insufficient sample to measure the release time.
The time limit for measuring is from October 19 to October 24, and the time limit for data monitoring is until November 23.
The results will be recorded, including recording on the e-customs in accordance with instructions in the Official Letter No. 44/CCHĐH-CS dated September 1, 2017 of the Customs Reform and Modernisation Board (under the General Department of Vietnam Customs); recording manual forms per the instructions in Official Dispatch No.3565/TCHQ-CCHĐH dated June 20, 2018 on measuring the release time for import and export goods at the Customs Departments in 2018 and Official Letter No. 49/CCHĐH-CL dated June 26, 2018 guiding the implementation of Official Dispatch 3565/TCHQ-CCHĐH of the General Department of Customs.
The results of measuring the release time at the two major customs branches, namely Mong Cai Customs Border Branch and Hon Gai Border Gate Customs Branch, will be selected to report the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
The result of measuring goods release time at Quang Ninh Customs Department in May, the average time limit for an imported shipment was 10 hours 5 minutes 48 seconds, down 31 minutes 6 seconds compared to 2019 (decreasing 4.88%), performance time of the customs authority accounts for 6.8%. For export goods, the average time for carrying out customs procedures was 2 hours 29 minutes 22 seconds/shipment, falling 18 minutes and 8 seconds compared to 2019 (down 10.83%), the performance time of the Customs authority accounted for 16.6%. |
