According to Da Nang Customs Department, the unit processed more than 81,000 import and export customs declarations, up 1.75% year-on-year.
The import declarations rose 3.3% year-on-year to more than 41,000. Of these, the Green channel declarations accounted for the largest rate of 57.4%, the Yellow channel 38.35% and the Red Channel 4.25%
The export declarations rose 0.21% year-on-year to 40,000. Of which, the Green channel declarations accounted for 83.86%, the Yellow channel 11.57% and the Red Channel 4.57%
For means of entry and exit, the number of entry and exit ships decreased, but the number of flights surged.
As of the end of September, the number of entry flights grew more than 1,800 year-on-year to nearly 2,000; the number of exit flights grew by more than 1,900 year-on-year to more than 1,900.
In addition, the number of immigration passengers by air also soared. More than 262,000 incoming passengers by air (rising more than 226,000 over the same period in 2021) and nearly 253,000 outcoming passengers by air (up more than 252,000 over the same period in 2021).
Notably, with the recovery of businesses after the Covid-19 pandemic, the total turnover of import and export goods through Da Nang Customs rose 22.9% to US$3.04 billion year-on-year. Of which, import turnover rose 21.69% to US$1.38 billion, and export turnover rose 23.93% to US$1.66 billion.
Updated to October 13, 2022, the budget revenue of Da Nang Customs Department is VND4,486 billion, reaching 99.7% of the assigned target (VND4,500 billion), reaching 92.3% of the ambitious target (VND 4,860 billion), up 14.7% over the same period in 2021.
The positive results in many indicators show the recovery in production and business activities of enterprises and the effectiveness in implementing solutions to accompany and support enterprises of Da Nang Customs.
Da Nang Customs Department has focused on developing Customs - Enterprise partnership, encouraging the business community to actively cooperate and share with the Customs.
It has contributed to reforming the management methods of Customs authorities and enterprises, improving legal frameworks, and supporting and encouraging businesses to comply with the law.
Furthermore, Da Nang Customs Department has always been evaluated as one of the leading units in administrative reform and information technology application in managing the sector and the city.
As of September 20, 2022, on the Public Service Portal on the People's Committee of Da Nang City administrative reform at the address: https://dichvucong.danang.gov.vnhttps://cchc.danang.gov.vn, the satisfaction level of enterprises with Customs agencies in Da Nang city reached 99.5%.

Director of Da Nang Customs Department Quach Dang Hoa said that the unit would strengthen information and training on new documents and policies, organize dialogue conferences with enterprises to quickly solve difficulties to contribute to making Da Nang the most worthy destination in the whole country for investment enterprises, production and business activities.
