Nguyen Duy Ngoc appointed as Acting Director of Hai Phong Customs Department

On the morning of July 17, at the headquarters of Hai Phong Customs Department, Director General of Vietnam Customs Nguyen Van Can chaired a ceremony announcing personnel decisions of the unit.
According to Decision 2089/QĐ-TCHQ, dated July 7, 2019 of the Director General of Vietnam Customs Nguyen Van Can, Director of Hai Phong Customs Department Nguyen Tien Loc was appointed to hold the position of Director of Post Clearance Audit Department (General Department of Vietnam Customs ) from July 22, 2019.
Also on the same day, Director General of Vietnam Customs Nguyen Van Can signed Decision 2091/QĐ-TCHQ appointing Nguyen Duy Ngoc as Acting Director of Hai Phong Customs Department from July 22, 2019.
Earlier, Mr. Ngoc held the position of Deputy Director of Hai Phong Customs Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director General of Vietnam Customs Nguyen Van Can congratulated and highly appriciated the capacity, qualifications and contributions of Mr. Loc and Mr. Ngoc for Hai Phong Customs Department and the Customs sector.
The Director General believed in their new positions, Mr. Loc and Mr. Ngoc would continue to develop their abiilities, qualifications and experience, unite with the leaders of Hai Phong Customs Department, Post clearance audit department and customs officials of two units to successfully completed the assigned tasks.
At the ceremony, Mr. Loc and Mr. Ngoc thanked the concentration of the leaders of the General Department of Customs and Director General Nguyen Van Can. At the same time, expressing their determination to fulfill their responsibilities and mission in the new position.
