Looking for owners of more than 30 tons of goods imported by air

Tan Son Nhat International Airport Border Gate Customs Branch has just notified organizations and individuals related to backlogged imported goods being stored at the import warehouse of Tan Son Nhat Cargo Services Joint Stock Company and Saigon Cargo Service Corporation have passed the 90-day deadline from the date of arrival at the border gate but have not yet gone through customs procedures.
Backlogged goods are mainly consumer goods, clothes, documents, components, electronic devices... imported to Tan Son Nhat international airport in the second half of 2023.
According to the report of Tan Son Nhat International Airport Customs Branch, the time limit to receive goods is 60 days from the date of notification. For perishable goods, frozen goods, dangerous or toxic goods, and goods with an expiration period of less than 60 days, the time limit for receiving the goods is 15 days from the date of notification.

Within five working days from the deadline to receive the goods as notified by the Customs agency, if no one comes to receive the goods, the Customs Branch of Tan Son Nhat International Airport will report to the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department to solve the case.
