Huu Nghi Customs freezes tax debt for 89 businesses

The branch’s representative said the branch has issued a decision to freeze tax debts for 89 enterprises.
The tax debt amount of 89 tax debtors is worth VND22 billion
Many companies have a large amount of tax debt, such as Khanh Vu Trading Joint Stock Company with a tax debt of over of VND1 billion; Hoang Tan Trading and Procedure Investment Joint Stock Company of about VND1.8 billion, Trung Viet Automobile Company Limited of over VND1 billion, Thanh Bac Company Limited of over VND4.4 billion, Dai Thanh Phat Company Limited of over VND1.1 billion, Sinh Hoa Phat Paper One Member Limited Liability Company of about VND2.5 billion, Huong Thinh Steel Joint Stock Company of about VND1.4 billion.
According to the decision, there are 39 Hanoi-based companies, 22 Lang Son-based companies, eight Hai Phong-based companies and five Bac Giang-based companies.
All 89 tax debtors are no longer to operate at the registered address.
Therefore, the branch has followed the Law on Tax Administration 38 and Article 33 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP to freeze the tax debts for these businesses.
