For the Hai Phong area in particular, the revenue was VND30,763 billion, reaching 54% of the target assigned by the Ministry of Finance (VND57,100 billion), 51% of the target assigned by the General Department of Customs and 49% of the target assigned by the Hai Phong People’s Committee (VND63,000 billion), reducing VND9,386 billion, equivalent to a year-on-year decrease of 4%.

Of nine customs branches under Hai Phong Customs Department, Hai Phong port zone 1 customs branch recorded the highest revenue of VND10,763 billion. However, this revenue has amounted to 49% of the whole year’s target (VND21,900 billion).
