At the same time, the Ministry of Transport also proposed to implement 4 electronic procedures for vessels in ports under NSW including: Procedures for vessels at ports of entry outdoor petroleum; Procedures for vessels at the port exit outdoor petroleum; Procedures to port for vessels with a total tonnage of 200 DWT or less, carrying the national flags of the countries bordering Vietnam; Procedures for vessels entering a Vietnam seaport then to another Vietnam.

Earlier, NSW was first piloted at the port of Hai Phong from February to March 5-2015 11-2014 and has expanded to five major seaports including Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Ho. City and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

After one year of deployment, so far NSW has been implemented in 9 regional seaports including Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, Quy Nhon, Nha Trang, Quang Ngai and Dong Nai.

In the process, a one-stop portal National and information technology systems of the Ministry of Transport is gradually improving, facilitating, bringing practical benefits to agents / ship owners and staff procedures of the State management agencies in seaports.
