In the ceremony, there were Permanent Communist Party’s Committee, President of People’s Council Thao Hong Son; Provincial Committee of Party, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Ha Giang Ha Thi Minh Hanh, and leader of provincial departments; leaders and representatives of Customs officers of the units under Ha Giang Customs Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director General Nguyen Cong Binh congratulated new Director of Ha Giang Customs Department and said that, General Department of Vietnam Customs has believed, trusted and appointed to hold Director of provincial Customs Department. During the working process, especially, since being assigned temporarily to be Director of Customs Department, Mr. Hoang Cu led and directed their unit to completed missions, built the unity inside the Department and coordinated units.

Deputy Director General also believed in the new position, Mr. Hoang Cu would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and unity of Customs, sticking to the strategy of reform and modernization of the Customs sector as well as Ha Giang Customs Department, proactively developing a plan to promote customs reform and modernization in order to improve customs management capacity and facilitate to export and import activities, attracting investment in the province; further strengthening the coordination with the specialized units of the sector and competent sectors in the province; To organize the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, together with the leadership and officers of Ha Giang Customs Department, strive to build a strong and comprehensive unit, performing well assigned political missions.
