WCO awards certificates of excellence to 11 customs officials

Those customs officials were: Hoang Quoc Quang Head of IT Division, Hanoi Customs Department; Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Deputy Director of Hai Phong Customs Department; Nguyen Viet Quang - Director of Lao Cai Customs Department; Chu Quang Luan - Director of Nghe An Customs Department; Nguyen Van Nghien - Director of Quang Ninh Customs Department; Le Chi Hong - Director of Quang Binh Customs Department.

Along with those are individuals: Bui Thanh San - Director of Quang Tri Customs Department; Dinh Van Luan - Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Customs Department; Dao The Nhut - Deputy Director of Da Nang Customs Department; Dang Van Tien – Manager of Dinh Ba Customs Branch (Dong Thap Customs Department); Do Thanh Quang – Manager of Tan Son Nhat International Airport Customs Branch (Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department).

Besides that, there are five individuals that came from other ministries and enterprises also received WCO honors for this achievement including: Nguyen Minh Tien - Deputy Director of Criminal Investigation Police Department on corruption, economic, smuggling (C03) (Ministry of Public Security); Nguyen Dich Nam- Deputy Director of Criminal Investigation Police Department on drug (Ministry of Public Security); Nguyen Ba Tuan - Deputy Director of Immigration Department (Ministry of Public Security); Bui Thanh Long - Deputy Manager of General Staff Division - Border Department, High Command of Border Guard; Vo Anh Tam - Deputy General Manager of Viettel Enterprise Solutions Company, Military Telecom Industry Group Branch.

It is known that the award of this Certificate of Excellent is based on the Letter of WCO dated November 20, 2018 on the award of the WCO Certificate of Excellent to individuals on the International Customs Day in 2019 and considering the proposal of the Emulation and Commendation Council of Customs sector.
