In Document No. 4307, leaders of the General Department of Vietnam Customs requested local customs departments direct their branches to strictly inspect and supervise goods temporarily imported and re-exported in accordance with the provisions of the Decree 08/2015/ND-CP, Decree 59/2018/ND-CP, Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC, Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC and guidance documents of the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
