Many smuggled cosmetics have been seized by functional forces in Mong Cai City.

At 9:30 AM on 22th March 2017, at Tue Tinh Street, in quarter 3, Ka Long Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh, Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch inspected and seized a large quantity of cosmetic products packed in cardboard cartons, stuck with white tape. It included 1,150 SALOASH FALAILI, 100 grams / box; 380 bottles of KA'FEN hair dye, 1,000 ml/ each, both were made by foreigners.

The total value of the shipment is estimated at nearly 100 million vnd. At the time of inspection, functional forces had not detected the owner of the shipment.
