The businesses with tax arrears in the list are all subject of debt enforcement. The tax arrears arise from import on goods; post-clearance audit and administrative sanctions, etc.

Many businesses have large tax arrears, such as: Dieu Thien Import-Export Production Trading Co., Ltd (Quoc Hung Hamlet, Quoc Thai Commune, An Phu District, An Giang) owes nearly VND1.6 billion; Viet Thang An Giang Livestock Breeding Co., Ltd (Giong Cat Hamlet, Luong An Tra Commune, Tri Ton District, An Giang) owes over VND1.05 billion; Minh Phat Private Enterprise (No. 81 Nguyen Trai, My Long Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang) owes VND1.186 billion; An Thai Food Industry Co., Ltd (No. 27/9 Tran Hung Dao, My Thoi Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang) owes over VND1 billion;...

According to An Giang Customs Department, to recover tax debts, An Giang Customs Department has reviewed and classified debts and applied many measures to enforce tax debts according to the Law on Tax Administration. However, there are still many enterprises delaying in fulfilling their tax obligations to the state budget.
