Reducing 9 teams under Branches of Lao Cai and Ha Giang Customs

Specifically, with Decision No. 1744/QD-TCHQ, the GDC specifies the organizational structure of Customs Branches and Customs Enforcement Teams under Ha Giang Customs Department, is as follows:

Only Thanh Co International Border Gate Customs Branch have 2 teams: General Affairs Team and Customs Operation Team. Other Branches such as Xin Man border gate Customs Branch, Pho Bang border gate Customs Branch, Sam Phun border gate Customs Branch, Tuyen Quang Customs Branch and Customs Enforcement Team have no subordinate teams.

Under this arrangement, Ha Giang Customs Department has reduced 3 out of 5 teams.

With Decision No. 1745/QD-TCHQ, the GDC restructure for the organization of Customs Branches, PCA Branch and Customs Enforcement Teams under Lao Cai Customs Department, is as follows:

Lao Cai border gate Customs Branch has 4 teams: General Affairs Team, Import–Export Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Customs Supervision Team and Customs Enforcement Team; Lao Cai international railway Customs Branch and Bat Xat Customs Branch have 2 teams: General Affairs Team and Customs Operation Team.

Other Customs Branches, such as Muong Khuong Customs border gate Branch, PCA Branch and Customs Enforcement Team have no subordinate teams.

Apart from reducing about 200 teams, the Customs will reduce at least 10 Customs Branches VCN- The Customs is making drastic reorganization of the machinery towards streamlining, thereby improving the efficiency of ...

Therefore, with this restructure, Lao Cai Customs has reduced 6 out of 14 teams.

These Decisions take effect from the date of signing and abolish previous regulations.
