Reduce 9 teams at the Branches under Lao Cai Customs Department and Ha Giang Customs Department

VCN – General Department of Vietnam Customs has issued 2 Decisions No. 1744/QĐ-TCHQ and No. 1745/QĐ-TCHQ stipulating on the organizational structures of Customs Branches, Post clearance audit Customs Branch, Customs Enforcement Unit under Ha Giang Customs Department and Lao Cai Customs Department.

Specifically, in the Decision No. 1744 / QD-TCHQ, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has clearly defined the organizational structure of Customs Branch and Customs Enforcement Unit under Ha Giang Customs Department as follows:

The only Thanh Thuy Customs Branch is including two teams: the General Affairs Team and the Customs Technical Team; the other Branches of Xin Man Customs Branch, Pho Bang Customs Branch, Sam Pum Customs Branch, Tuyen Quang Customs Branch and Customs Enforcement Team are not organized at the unit and team level.

With this rearrangement, Ha Giang Customs Department reduced 3/5 team.

With the Decision No. 1745 / QD-TCHQ, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has redefined the organizational structure of the Customs Branches, post-clearance audit customs branch and Customs Enforcement Unit under Lao Cai Customs Department as following:

Lao Cai Customs Branch is structured with 3 teams: General Affairs Team, Import-Export Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Customs Supervision Team and Customs Supervision Team and Customs Enforcement Team; Lao Cai International Railway Station Customs Branch and Bat Xat Customs Branch are organized into two teams: General Affairs Team and Customs Technical Team.

Muong Khuong Customs Branch, Post Clearance Audit Customs Branch and Customs Enforcement Teams are not organized at the unit and team level.

Thus, with this change, Lao Cai Customs Department has reduced 6/14 teams.

This Decision is valid from the signing date and abolishes previous regulations which are contrary to this Decision.
