VCN - Quang Ninh Customs Department ranks first in the District and Department Competitiveness Index (DDCI) in 2023 with 88.37 points, announced by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province.

Leaders of Quang Ninh province award Certificates of Merit to units and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Quang Ninh province's indexes in 2023.

On March 29, Quang Ninh province held a preliminary conference to review 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU dated April 9, 2021 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on promoting administrative reform and improving business investment environment, and enhancing provincial competitiveness for 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, and to announce the results of PAR INDEX, SIPAS, DDCI, DGI, DTI of local agencies and units in 2023.

At the conference, Quang Ninh province announced the results of PAR INDEX, SIPAS, DDCI, DGI, DTI of local agencies and units in 2023.

According to the announcement, Quang Ninh Customs Department ranks first of the central agencies in the province with 88.37 points.

The Economic Zone Management Board ranks first of local departments and agencies with 79.52 points.

Leaders of Quang Ninh province award Certificates of Merit to units and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Quang Ninh province's indexes in 2023.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province awarded Certificates of Merit to 41 units and 41 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing PAR INDEX, SIPAS, DDCI, DGI, DTI indexes of local agencies, units in 2023.

The Provincial Customs Department is honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from Quang Ninh province for excellent achievements in implementing DDCI in 2023.

Currently, Quang Ninh Customs Department has topped DDCI Ranking of Quang Ninh province for 6 consecutive years (2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023).

In 2022, Quang Ninh Customs Department ranked first in DDCI with 85.05 points (up 6.57 points compared to 2021). In which, 3 of 8 sub-indexes ranked first of 19 districts and departments; 4 of 8 sub-indexes ranked second of 19 districts and departments, and 1 of 8 sub-indexes ranked fourth of 19 districts and departments

Specifically, Quang Ninh Customs Department reached 93.59 points of the administrative reform index in 2022, ranking third of 8 central agencies located in the province, reaching the same level as in 2021.
