Piloting tax exemption, reduction and refund information management system

Accordingly, from September 1 to September 30, 2020, the General Department of Vietnam Customs will pilot the system of tax exemption, reduction, refund, non-collection and processing electronic overpaid tax at three locations: Bac Thang Long Industrial Park Customs Branch, Investment/Processing Customs Branch and Noi Bai International Airport Customs Branch (Hanoi Customs Department).
In order to ensure smooth implementation, the General Department of Vietnam Customs requested the Hanoi Customs Department to appoint staff who have high experience and professional skills to work with the Import-Export Duty Department, Customs IT & Statistics Department and contractors to implement the pilot project.
Selecting enterprises which have tax exemption, reduction, refund, and non-collection activities to prioritise to deploy during the time the supporting units working at the branch.
