Attending the ceremony were Deputy Director General of the General Department of Customs Dinh Ngoc Thang, and the staff and civil servants of the Inspectorate Department and the Personnel Organization Department.

At the ceremony, Director General of the General Department of Customs Nguyen Van Can awarded the decision and flowers to congratulate new Director of the Inspectorate Department Pham Thi Thu Huong.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director General of the General Department of Customs noted that comrade Pham Thi Thu Huong is a professionally trained officer, has experienced many different working positions in the Customs industry and always excellently completed assigned tasks, of which she had a long period of taking charge of personnel and organization work.

"Pham Thi Thu Huong, in her new position, needs to promote the tradition of the Inspectorate Department; promote her own experience, improve her professional qualifications, and quickly catch up with the new work and works with the unit's leadership team to successfully complete all tasks assigned by superiors," Mr. Can said.

Speaking to accept the new task, Director of the Inspectorate Department Pham Thi Thu Huong thanked the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance, leaders of the Ministry of Finance, Party Committee, and leaders of the General Department of Customs for trusting in the new work assignment.

Receiving instructions from the leaders of the General Department of Customs, in his new position, the new Director of the Inspectorate Department promises to continue to advise and assist the leaders of the General Department of Customs in inspection internal and specialized inspection in the Customs industry. The inspection results will play an important role in researching and proposing amendments and supplements to policy mechanisms, promptly correcting and strengthening civil service discipline.

The new Director of the Inspectorate Department, Pham Thi Thu Huong, will soon grasp the job, uphold the sense of responsibility, and strive to work with the leaders, party committees, and civil servants of the Inspectorate Department to fulfill assigned task excellently.

At the same time, closely following the guidelines and policies of the Party and State in the field of inspection and examination, and the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Finance, the leaders of the General Department of Customs, proactively enhancing the effectiveness of inspection and audit work, contributing to the successful completion of major key programs of the Customs industry.

On this occasion, Director General of the General Department of Customs Nguyen Van Can awarded the retirement decision and flowers and comrade Van Ba ​​Tin.

Director General Nguyen Van Can also recognized and appreciated Mr. Van Ba ​​Tin's work performance to the overall results of the Customs industry, especially together with the leadership of the Inspectorate Department to excellently complete assigned tasks including building and implementing inspection plans, specialized inspections; and organizing training courses on inspection and audit of the Customs industry.
