More than 6.6 million applications are processed via the National Single Window. |
According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) - the Standing Committee on ASEAN Single Window, National Single Window and Trade Facilitation (Committee 1899), as of August 15, 250 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors have been connected to the National Single Window; 6.67 million applications of 64,700 enterprises have been processed via the National Single Window Portal.
Vietnam maintains official connections to implement the live electronic exchange of C/O form D with nine ASEAN member states.
The country also coordinates with the ASEAN Secretariat and ASEAN member states to conduct live electronic exchange ASEAN Customs Declaration Document officially; meets requirements to pilot the live electronic exchange of phytosanitary certificates in 2023.
At the same time, Vietnam discusses building solutions and roadmaps to connect and implement the live electronic exchange of documents between ASEAN and partners such as Japan, China, and Korea.
Regarding implementing connections with non-ASEAN Member States, the country completes the pilot exchange of export customs declarations with the Eurasian Economic Union phase 1 and coordinates to conduct phase 2.
Additionally, Vietnam works with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the New Zealand Embassy to Vietnam to pilot the live electronic exchange of phytosanitary certificates with New Zealand.
