Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has 11 procedures connected to National Single Window Portal

VCN- The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment said that currently it has completed the deployment of 11 procedures in the form of online public service at level 4, and has connected with National Single Window Portal.

The connection of administrative procedures with NSW has reduced time for the people, enterprises and the State management agencies.

4 administrative procedures have been officially connected to the NSW Portal since 2016, 7 procedures have been successfully piloted since January 2018 and will be officially deployed in accordance with the plan of the General Department of Vietnam Customs.

Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has also issued regulations on provision of online public service under its jurisdiction. At the same time, it has provided online public service at level 3 and 4 for 82 administrative procedures in its online public service system. This is an important basis to connect administrative procedures and contribute to the implementation of NSW and ASEAN Single Window.

Accordingly, the people and enterprises shall submit e-dossier when carrying out administrative procedures in the NSW in accordance with provisions of the specialized law. Especially, the people and enterprises can recommend and evaluate officials and civil servants during carrying out administrative procedures via the online public service system.

Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment yet to implement National Single Window

Over the past time, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has requested its sub-units to coordinate with the General Department of Vietnam Customs and relevant ministries and sectors to propagate, support, guide and create favorable conditions for the people and enterprises to access and carry out administrative procedures via NSW.

This has brought benefits for the people, enterprises and the State management, such as saving cost and reducing time in carrying out administrative procedures. In addition, enhancing responsibility and efficiency of the work and reforming the working methods of the State management agencies towards electronization, contributing to the administrative modernization and implementation of the e-government.
