According to the decision, the Organizing Board is composed of 21 members appointed by the Minister of Finance, Dinh Tien Dun,g as the Head of the Organizing Board, and the Deputy Minister of Finance, Vu Thi Mai, as the Standing Vice Chairwoman.
In addition, the Organizing Board has members who are leaders of related ministries and agencies such as security, defense, industry and transport. The Director General of Vietnam Customs, Mr. Nguyen Van Can is a member of the Organizing Board.
The Organizing Committee is responsible for developing a number of important reports related to the NSW, the ASW and trade facilitation; develop a draft Action Plan to promote the NSW, the ASW and trade facilitation.
Prior to that, the Deputy Prime Minister, Vuong Dinh Hue, - Head of Steering Committee of the ASW, the NSW and trade facilitation directed the Ministry of Finance and competent ministries to prepare related work to hold a conference on "Promoting the NSW, the ASW and trade facilitation" in Hanoi in May 2018.
The Chairman of the Conference is the Prime Minister, followed by the Deputy Prime Ministers and the Minister of Finance.
Attending the conference are representatives of central agencies: the ministries and agencies attached to the Government; Central Office, Central Economic Commission, Economic Committee of the National Assembly, Committee on Finance and Budget of the National Assembly; Members of the National Steering Committee on the ASW, the NSW and trade facilitation.
There will be many representatives of the People's Committees of provinces and cities such as: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Bac Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, An Giang, and Kien Giang.
In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Finance to develop and present a comprehensive report on the implementation of the NSW, the ASW, trade facilitation and implementation of specialized inspection.
At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to set up the Organizing Board to conduct the conference organized by the Minister of Finance.

According to the latest information from the General Department of Vietnam Customs - the National Steering Committee for ASW, NSW and trade facilitation, from August 2015 to 15 March 2018, there were 11 ministries, sectors connected with the national Single Window mechanism with 47 administrative procedures. The total number of administrative records which has been processed reached more than 1.05 million dossiers (excluding Customs dossiers) and above 19,800 enterprises participated. From 1 January 2018 to 15 March 2018, the number of records reached more than 152,700 sets, and over 1,700 enterprises participated. With respect to the ASEAN Single Window, Vietnam has officially exchanged e-C / O form D information with the 4 ASEAN countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand). By 15 March 2018, the total number of C / O forms D sent by Vietnam was 8,641 units; and the total number of C / O forms D received from ASEAN countries reached 18,052 units. |
