Pursuant to Article 56 of the Property Auction Law, Article 3 of the Decision No. 27/2017 / QD-UBND dated 27/6/2017 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, promulgates regulations on property auction which are material evidence of means of transport that were confiscated due to administrative violation and put into state treasury in HCM City. The HCM City Customs Department has announced to organize the auction.

The property to be auctioned this time includes 25 dump trucks, crawler excavators, cranes, forklifts, loaders,... with starting price of 3,172,800,000 VND.

According to the HCM City Customs Department, the number of machines and equipment mentioned above are used, damaged in some parts, the remaining value of only 50% or less...
