HCM City Customs: Already finished the settlement of 450 tons of used automobile tires

The above containers of used automobile tires belonged to backlogged goods that were inventoried physically by HCM City Customs Department, Standing council for handling backlogged goods at Cat Lai port determined among 19 containers containing approximately 450 tons of used automobile tire and were bunched into the pack.
In order to handle those backlogged automobile tires, the HCM City Customs Department proposed and was agreed by the General Department of Customs to sell to an enterprise that was notified by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in the Document No.5665/BTNMT-TCMT dated 2/12/2016 on the handling of the backlog of old automobile tires.
Earlier, in 2016 and 2017, the HCM City Customs Department collected at the Cat Lai port had backlogged of nearly 481 containers of used automobile tires, so they urgently handled in accordance with the regulations as stipulated in Circular 203/2014 /TT-BTC dated 22/12/2014 of the Ministry of Finance in order to clear the ground for Cat Lai port.
At present, there are no backlogged items of used automobile tires which were not cleared in the seaports of Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with Circular 203/2014/TT-BTC dated 22/12/2014 of Ministry of Finance.
