HCM City Customs achieves budget revenue over VND 102,000 billion

With the above result, HCM City Customs Department has just achieved 49% of the assigned target in 2017. Hence, in the second half of the year, the HCM City Customs Department has to collect nearly VND 7,000 billion in order to complete the budget collection assigned target of VND 109,000 billion.

Over the past year, through the consultations and post clearance audit, the HCM City Customs Department has increased revenue to the budget by VND 957,656 billion and detected and recorded over 1,500 cases of customs law violations that are worth over VND 180 billion.

Recently, at the working session with the Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung and Director General of Vietnam Customs Nguyen Van Can, leaders of HCM City Customs Department committed to strive to reach the ordinance targets for 2017.

At present, the branches under HCM Customs Department are trying to implement many solutions to complete the assigned target. Border Customs Branches continue to support and encourage enterprises to complete declarations and support fast clearance of import - export goods.
