Accordingly, the leader of the Department assigned the General Affairs Division of Hai Phong Customs Department as a focal point for coordination with media agency, Customs News, to update on the Department’s website, and organize informing and disseminating to the business community and customs declarants about the Client Charter, guiding the business community to evaluate the implementation of the Client Charter via Evaluation form which is posted on Customs Portal...

Printing and placed the form at the headquarter of Customs authority; To distribute form ballots at business meetings organized by the Department, or in coordination with local administrations and other units; Collect, summarize and evaluate the feedback results after the conference.

Conducting quarterly, biannually and annually reviews, evaluating and reporting the results of implementation of the Client Charter to the General Department of Vietnam Customs.

In addition, the Advisory Division will provide articles on customs-business partnerships activities for posting on the website of Hai Phong Customs Department in order to help people and businesses to follow and update information.

Furthermore, Customs Branches conduct business guidance in the area on how to give comments on the Client Charter (on the questionnaire); To distribute questionnaires at customs clearance sites and border gates; To directly receive and synthesize reports on the feedback of enterprises and customs declarants about the pros and cons in the implementation of the commitments in the Client Charter.

Besides, based on the provision of law, with the actual situation of import and export activities, Hai Phong Customs Department will cooperate with key groups of enterprises such as those continuously operating import and export activities; Enterprises have a large import-export turnover and make important contributions to the state budget (based on the tax amounts paid by enterprises in each locality); FDI enterprises; small and supermini enterprises (classified according to Decree 39/2018/ND-CP dated 11/3/2018 of the Government); Low level of compliance/non-compliant enterprises; enterprises operating import-export services ...
