Hai Phong Customs collects 10,700 billion VND to state revenue

According to latest statistics from the General Department of Vietnam Customs, as of 1/4, total revenue collection of Hai Phong Customs Department is 10,700 billion VND, equivalent to 21.38% of current appropriation and 21.13% of assigned target by General Department of Vietnam Customs.
The rate of revenue collection by Hai Phong Customs Department is at a level which is equivalent to other key Customs Departments such as: HCM City (20.86%); Hanoi (19.4%); Dong Nai (25.75%)…
Relating to the unit’s revenue collection, recently, Director of Hai Phong Customs Department Nguyen Tien Loc has signed a document to direct the unit to promote collecting measures and prevent loss of revenue in 2018.
Leaders of Hai Phong Customs Department emphasized to bring into play the results of 2017 - the first year that the unit achieved the highest revenue (over 53,000 billion VND), the units must consider the task of collecting and preventing losses of revenue is the top priority task of the year.
Remarkably, the Director of Hai Phong Customs Department requested the units to always take the enterprise as the focus, continue to create favorable conditions for them, reduce the time for customs clearance of goods while ensuring strictly in terms of procedures, against losing revenues, promptly answering problems for the business community.
Besides that, the leaders of the units must thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the guiding documents of the superior authorities.
Particularly, the leaders of the Department requested the units to strengthen the building of Customs officials and civil servants, maintaining discipline in implementing mission with the motto "guided faithfulness, politeness and quick manner".
