Exam to grant certificate of customs declaration in 2020

According to the announcement of Vietnam Customs School, the exam will be conducted in the north and the south at the end of March 2020 in the form of computer-based multiple choice exam for three subjects (60 minutes/subject) or online exam.
The deadline for submission is from 7/1 to 20/20/2020. Candidates can register directly via the application or register online at truonghaiquan.edu.vn.
The exam will be held at the headquarters of the Vietnam Customs School (located at Yen Phu Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province) and the south is expected to organise in HCM City or Binh Duong Province (specific locations will be notified later).
Exam subjects include: Customs legislation; Technical of professional foreign trade; and Customs Professional Technique.
For first-time registration, candidates should submit one dossier, including: exam registration form according to Form No. 01; college or higher diploma in economics, law, engineering; one certified copy or one copy and present the original for comparison; two colour photos size 3x4cm taken during the last six months up to the time of submitting the application with full name, year of birth on the back of the photo (one photo pasted onto the examination registration form, one photo pasted into the certificate when granted); one certified copy or one copy of academic results in case the diploma does not indicate the major that meets the prescribed exemption requirements and presents the original for comparison. A certified copy of the university or college the applicant has been working for before leaving as a lecturer if the candidate is exempt from the examination as prescribed in Circular 22/2019 / TT-BTC dated April 16, 2019.

For re-taking the test, the candidate should submit one dossier, including: exam registration form according to Form No. 01; two photos size 3x4 cm taken within six months of the date of submission of the application with the full name, year of birth on the back of the photo to attach to the exam registration form and certificate when issued.
Entrance fee is VND 200,000/exam subject and the applicant pays the fee after the General Department of Vietnam Customs (the Examination Council) announces the list of candidates eligible to take the exam.
The Vietnam Customs Department also instructed candidates to register for the online exam for the customs declaration certificate. They should pay attention to the instructions of online registration form for customs broker at: http://www.truonghaiquan.edu.vn; candidates should fill out the form and send it to the email address: truonghqvn@custom.gov.vn.
