Customs Sector takes opinions about Customer service Statement
According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, in order to improve and upgrade customer service quality in customs field, it is necessary to review and evaluate the implementation of commitments in the Customer service Statement.
Through this survey, the General Department of Vietnam Customs would like to receive feedback from the business community on the achievement and things need to be overcome in the implementation of the commitments in the client charter at customs authorities at all levels; Identify which commitments that have been made and have not achieved yet, commitments that can be improved as well as the desire and needs of the business community for commitments and service quality that the Customs authorities should be responded.
