Cao Bang Customs: Budget collection suddenly reduce

According to Cao Bang Customs Department, in August, the revenue of the whole department reached only 9,146 billion vnd, decreased to 63% compared to last month, in that 77% is collection from Value Added Tax.
Cao Bang Customs analyzed the reason for the decrease in the budget collection in August due to a rapid decrease in revenue from imported goods. In that, coke coal was reduced by 85%; Fero fell by 100%; machinery reduced by 79%, ...
Thus, in August, the whole Department collected 130.65 billion vnd, increased by 12% over the same period in 2016, reaching 108% of the appropriation target and 76.84% of the target assigned by the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
In this September, the Cao Bang Customs Department estimates the total revenue of the Department will reach 12.42 billion vnd.
Regarding tax debt management, by the end of August, Cao Bang Customs still has more than 2.9 billion vnd of corporate debt, increased by 17,146 million vnd compared to 31/12/2016. The increase in debt is due to late submission of tax fines.
