VCN - Through nearly 2 months of implementation (from March 1 to April 22), the Customs online public service system attracted 3,100 enterprises.

According to the Department of Customs IT and Statistics (General Department of Customs), the total number of records of enterprises submitted to the system was 10,800 sets.
The number of administrative procedures submitted to the system were mainly in three areas including: additional declaration of tax declaration dossier accounted for 51%; Cancellation of Customs declarations accounted for 31%; procedures for tax refund under Circular 38/2015 / TT-BTC accounted for 10%.
The General Department of Customs commented that many local Customs units actively implemented the online public service system such as Ba Ria - Vung Tau Customs Department, Binh Duong Customs Department, Hanoi Customs Department, Hai Phong Customs Department and Khanh Hoa Customs Department.
However, some units had large volumes of Customs declarations, but number of dossiers received on the system were not equivalent such as Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department, Bac Ninh Customs Department, Quang Ninh Customs Department, Tay Ninh Customs Department and Thanh Hoa Customs Department.
In order to promote the supply of online public services, the General Department of Customs sent a written request to the Directors of the local Customs departments to drastically direct their sub-units to carry out synchronously measures to promote this activity. Especially propagating and publicizing benefits of the online public service system to the business community
Also requesting units which received large volume of dossiers but handled small volume of dossiers to explain the reasons.

“The deployment of online public services is a key political task of the Customs in 2017. Thus, the result from the deployment of online public services is basis for assessment and consideration of emulation of units in 2017” - the Document of the General Department of Customs emphasized.
