2,208 boxes of face powder and lip stick were hiden in an imported shipment

At 12:30 am on 13th April 2017, the working team of Customs and Border Guard at Bac Phong Sinh Border Gate detected a man transporting some cartons which are mixed with other goods on the cart of Chinese residents from China to the Bac Phong Sinh border gate checkpoint in Vietnam.
The working team inspected and seized of goods including: 288 boxes of Aprilskin face powder and 1,920 Theskinface lipsticks.
The competent force also determined that the owner of the shipment was Bui Van Nam who was born in 1997 (residing in An Tho, An Lao, Hai Phong) without legal documents in the geographical areas of Customs operation.
Previously, on 10th April 2017, in the area in front of the Police of Hong Hai Ward, Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province, the working team under the Customs Enforcement Team No. 2 inspected a truck with the license plate no.14B-022.17 transporting smuggled goods into domestic for consumption.
During the inspection, the forces detected some cartons of cosmetics which are made by China on the truck.
Mr. Mac Van Hoan (born in 1975, located in An Sinh Commune, Dong Trieu District, Quang Ninh Province) is a driver who claims to be hired for transporting 20 cosmetic boxes by an unknown woman.
After that, the Customs Enforcement Team No.2 cooperated with the Finance Department of Quang Ninh province identified the illegal goods including 960 tubes of hair dye made by China, and worth 48 million VND.
