VCN - The Anti-Drug Enforcement Team (Dien Bien Customs Department) recently arrested people transporting 20,000 synthetic drugs.

Stop the case of transacting 20,000 tablets of synthetic drugs

Trang Lao Dua and synthetic drugs

At 12:00 PM on May 18, the Anti-Drug Enforcement Team (Dien Bien Customs Department) worked with PC04 - Son La Province Police; Sop Cop police, Song Ma district police at Ban Hop Tien area, Huoi Mot commune, Song Ma district, Son La province. They discovered a male subject named Trang Lao Dua standing next to the road and carrying a brown cloth bag with many suspected signs of drug-related crimes.

The competent forces conducted inspection and detected inside of Dua's canvas bag there were 100 plastic bags (80 blue plastic bags, 20 pink plastic bags), containing a total of 20,000 tablets of synthetic drugs.

Dua claimed he was hired to sell the above goods and would receive payment after accomplishment.

While awaiting customers to sell to, he was arrested.

The working group made a record of arresting the offender and seized and sealed the evidence.

All dossiers, subjects and exhibits have been transferred to Son La Police to investigate and handle in accordance with regulations.
