Quang Ninh Customs receive documents on online public services

VCN – Till 15th February 2017, at Quang Ninh Customs, there were 17 enterprises that had joined the Online Public Services Systems (OPS) with 60 dossiers.

In order to effectively implement the Implementation Plan for Online Public Services, Quang Ninh Customs has established a deployment team of online public services, propagate the deployment plan for providing and using public services as well as the benefits of the service has been promoted to officiers and the business community.

In November 2016, Quang Ninh Customs Department organized two training classes about online public services for officials and businesses in the process of pilot testing and operating officially online public services at level 4.

About the deployment of the OPS system, the General Department of Customs has pointed out: "Continue to pilot Online Public Services system till the end of 28^th February 2017 and switch to operate officially from 1^st March 2017". General Department of Customs has deployed systems at http://pus.customs.gov.vn since 1^st January 2017.

The system consists of 41 administrative procedures in Customs, which allows objects to implement procedures that are businesses, organizations and individuals to submit electronic dossiers and receive results from all Customs units nationwide.

About account for using the System: For subjects who register electronic Customs declarations on VNACCS/VCIS system, they can use their VNACCS/VCIS account to log into the OPS system; organizations and individuals who do not have an account on the VNACCS/VCIS system can register for an account on the OPS system.
