Currently, QuangNinh Customs is innovating thinking and action in serving people and businesses.

Specifically, the unit implements activities to support and accompany the business community in line with comprehensive innovative thinking and a diverse approach to new organizational models such as “Entrepreneur Coffee”, “Forum Customs and Enterprises”, meeting with groups of businesses in the same type of goods in import-export activities.

Customs - businesses consultation conferences and forums help cooperate, act together and develop together, seminars on road and sea routes to promptly remove difficulties, receive recommendations and suggestions of people and businesses.

That is a positive, proactive, quality and efficient spirit in the work of QuangNinh Customs with the motto “Most Dedication - Quickest - Most Satisfied”.

As a result, there have been hundreds of meetings each year at business headquarters from leaders of QuangNinh Customs Department to sub-department levels; proactively signed the regulation on coordination with the Business Association of QuangNinh province, maintaining periodic information every month.

In addition, QuangNinh Customs is also determined to reform the organizational apparatus and improve the quality of human resources to form a group of qualified, capable and dedicated staff to serve the people and businesses of the Customs sector in general and QuangNinh Customs in particular.

The unit proactively submitted to the Ministry of Finance and the General Department of Customs for approval of strategic and long-term organizational plans, thereby streamlining from 56 focal point agencies to 47.

This is a channel for businesses to easily access customs laws and policies, promptly responding to problems.
