More than 93,500 agricultural dossiers are implemented through NSW

This is the latest information said by a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at the meeting between leaders of MARD and MOF on results of the implementation of the National Single Window, ASEAN Single Window and specialized inspection held by MARD on July 13, 2017.

According to MARD, from the beginning to July 10, 2017, the units under MARD have received, handled and granted 61,374 e-dossiers and 57,517 e-certificates and continued to handle 3,857 dossiers through National Single Window Portal.

Currently, some units such as: Department of Livestock Production, Noi Bai Phytosanitary Station, Veterinary Branch zone II of Hai Phong, Center for Verification, test, and analysis have not basically received and handled paper dossier.

In the recent times, the implementation of NSW of MARD and the units have facilitated enterprises (simplifying administrative procedures, saving cost and reducing clearance time) and contributed to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the spirit of Government’s Resolution 19/NQ-CP.

The Customs Information Technology and Statistics Department (the General Department of Vietnam Customs) and the National Single Window Portal have actively coordinated with the Standing Office for Administration Reform, the Center for Information and Statistics and the units under MARD to effectively train for relevant enterprises. However, for units under MARD, NSW is a new operation which causes many difficulties in the implementation and requires the cooperation of relevant units, agencies and enterprises to step by step complete and implement more effectively " the representative of MARD emphasized.
