Mong Cai: More than 1,000 tons of shipments firstly exported through the exit gate of Km3+4 Hai Yen pontoon bridge right after Tet Holiday

According to the Tet holiday schedule, competent forces at the Mong Cai (Vietnam) - Dong Hung (China) international border gate temporarily stopped clearance procedures for goods from February 10 to the end of February 17. However, after the authorities of both sides discussed and reached an agreement, the Chinese side cleared imported goods from February 12 with the main item being Vietnamese fresh seafood.
The clearance activities at the Km3+4 Hai Yen pontoon bridge after the Tet holidays were a happy signal signaling advantages in import-export activities right from the first days of the new year to promote the development of border gate economy.
It is known that during and after Tet holiday, the border gate competent forces have arranged officers to ensure the quickest and most convenient implementation of procedures to serve import-export activities and immigration activities take place safely and smoothly with the determination to successfully implement the plan set out from the first days of the new year 2024.
