Investment and Processing Customs Branch under HCM city Customs Department issued a decision to discontinue procedures for imports and exports involving Phuong Dong Trading and Production Joint Stock Company, address 40 Kim Bien, Ward 13, District 5, HCM City, tax code: 0303362369, in line with the city tax authorities Official Dispatch 6664CTTPHCM-QLN, dated June 10, 2022.

According to the Decision, the company has failed to pay taxes of over VND1.4 billion and has missed the deadline by more than three months.

Typmar Vietnam Wind-Solar Energy Trading Company Limited was forced to suspend customs clearance for the company’s imports and exports as it failed to pay taxes worth VND40 million.

These decisions, which took effect from June 23, 2022 and runs until June 22, 2023, will be terminated until the two firms fully pay their tax debts.

In addition, the Investment and Processing Customs Branch has issued decisions to force to suspend customs procedures for companies that owe late payment of import and export tax.

The branch issued a decision to fore to suspend customs procedure for Supreme Industries (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., address 2nd Floor, Ha Do Airport Building, No. 2, Hong Ha Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCM City, tax code: 0314808895 in line with the Notification on late payment interest 628/TB-DT dated March 30, 2022.

According to the branch, the company failed to comply with the Notification with the late payment interest worth over VND866,928.
