Hai Phong Customs signs 23,000 Customs-Business partnership development agreements

Earlier this year, Hai Phong Customs Department issued Decision 133/QD-HQHP on the Customs-Business Partnership Development Plan in 2022, aiming to effectively bring the partnership into the department’s operation to server people and businesses, and facilitate trade while ensuring the State customs management.
As of the end of June, Hai Phong Customs Department has signed 23,240 Customs-Business partnership development agreements.
In addition, the Department advised the People's Committee of Hai Phong to successfully hold one business dialogue conference related to import and export in May 2022 and organized three dialogue conferences between Customs, logistics enterprises and customs brokers in 2022, at the department and customs branches of Hai Duong, Hung Yen and Thai Binh with the participation of more than 600 enterprises.
The conferences recognized the opinions of businesses, shared difficulties and solved problems when implementing legal regulations related to customs procedures, anti-dumping tax policy, and safeguard tax, one-time ruling, sanctions for false declaration of E-manifest information, difficulties in working with shipping lines and relevant units.
These conferences create trust and companionship of the business community, contributing to promoting investment attraction, business production, improving the investment environment and enhancing the provincial competitiveness of localities.
