Hai Phong Customs receives 14,567 dossiers via online public service

According to Hai Phong Customs Department, since implementing the online public service (1st March 2017), the Department has received 14,567 dossiers, in which 11,908 dossiers have been issued and returned results, reaching 81.7%.
The Export Processing Zone and Industrial Park Customs Branch which is one of 9 Customs branches under Hai Phong Customs Department has received the largest dossier amount of 3,973 dossiers. The rate of approved dossier reached 93.36% (3,709 dossiers). This is the Branch which has the highest rate of approved dossier. Hai Phong Port Customs Branch Zone III has the lowest rate of approved dossier, reaching 65.23% of 1,694 received dossiers.
In order to promote the implementation of online public service, Hai Phong Customs Department has requested units to publicize and guide businesses for dossier submission via online public service, especially for dossier having many documents such as Customs declaration cancellation and tax refund under Circular 38.
In addition, requesting the units which have the low rate of approved dossier to review and promptly issue results for business as per regulations.

On 17th Octorber, 2017, talking with the correspondent of Customs Newspaper, the Head of Customs Portal Management Division (Customs IT and Statistics Department) Dang Nam Phong said that Hai Phong was the leading unit of the Customs sector on the amount of dossier which was processed via the online public service system.
