Ha Tinh Customs: State revenue collection increase 25.15%
Talking to Customs Magazine, Mr. Bui Thanh San, Director of Ha Tinh Customs Department, said that from the beginning of the year until now, the Department has received and processed procedures for 1,992 sets of declarations with turnover reached US$799.4 million, an increase of 22.3% over the same period in 2023. In particular, export turnover achieved US$334.1 million, an increase of 16.8% and import turnover reached US$465.3 million, an increase of 22.3% over the same period in 2023.

From January 16 to February 15, the units of Ha Tinh Customs Department received and processed procedures for 1,203 sets of declarations, with import-export turnover reaching US$575 million and bringing VND861.88 billion to State revenue, Mr. Bui Thanh San added.
With efforts and drastic implementation of many solutions right from the beginning of the year, in the first month of the year, Ha Tinh Customs Department has collected VND1,206.71 billion to the state budget, equal to 12.84% of the assigned estimate, an increase of 25.15% over the same period in 2023.
Meanwhile, the driving force for the above achievement is still Vung Ang Port Border Gate Customs Branch with revenue collection reaching VND1,161.89 billion; followed by Cau Treo International Border Gate Customs Branch achieving VND37.53 billion and Xuan Hai Port Customs Branch reaching VND7.28 billion.
