The four operations include customs supervision and management, legal system, customs reform and modernisation and database.

Ha Tinh Customs is actively focusing on studying, advising and working with the General Department to build the scheme.

Ha Tinh Customs Department sees this as a key task in 2021 and beyond. Thus, leaders of the department and heads of units and all customs officers make efforts to study, consult and build customs procedures and raise problems at the request of the General Department of Customs.

Ha Tinh Customs has established a specialised team in charge of this task. This team is responsible for working with other municipal and provincial customs departments to fulfil the task.

The development of customs procedures must comply with the law’s provisions and the guidelines of the General Department of Customs. Customs officers must study documents, give opinions and plan for possible problems.

The department’s affiliated and subordinate units must work with the specialised team and support the team’s members to successfully complete their task.

Those who participate in this task must strengthen their responsibilities in performing duties, coordinate and discuss with focal points at provincial and municipal Customs Departments and the General Department of Customs.

For consulting units and affiliated Customs branches, they must research and contribute ideas on customs procedures and problems with working groups; support the specialised team; provide documents; and exchange procedures and problems arising in practice at their units.
