Export turnover at Quang Tri Customs increases by more than 220%

In particular, means of transport on entry and exit were 17,443, increasing by 5.19%; passengers on entry and exit were 32,462, decreasing 54.06%; turnover reached $103.28 million, increasing by 222.19%; weight of imported and exported goods topped 95,000 tonnes, decreasing by 11%; revenue collection reached VND 122.92 billion, increasing by 340.05%.
At the border gate Customs Branches, Lao Bao, La Lay and Cua Viet Port, some indexes increased sharply from the same period in 2020.
For example, at Lao Bao Customs Branch, the unit has implemented procedures for 15,274 means of transport, increasing by 18.43%; 1,476 declarations, increasing by 140.39%; import and export turnover reached $51.6 million, up by 143.94% and cargo weight reached 56,872 tonnes, increasing by 100.81%.
Total amount of revenue collected at this branch reached VND 24,125 billion, up 12.96% over the same period in 2020 and 19.79% of the allocation target in 2021.
At the Cua Viet port Customs Branch, import-export turnover reached $46.9 million and suddenly increased (increasing by 521.1%); number of declarations reached 179 declarations, increasing by 73.79%; revenue collection reached VND 93.4 billion, a very high increase compared to the corresponding period in 2020.
